poker grapher
I've hand a bunch of questions about how I make graphs, and how post hand histories.
The graph is made with this software:
Poker Grapher (its free)
To convert hands, I input the raw hand history into THIS, select HTML output, and then just paste the output onto my blog.
Viola.

where did u get the expected value grapher?
